Rose Gold might be the most versatile of the three. Most bakeries find the 100g or 250g sizes hit the sweet spot — enough to last a meaningful stretch without sitting on inventory for a year. Gold and Rose Gold move fastest in a baking context, so stocking those in larger formats makes sense. Silver is worth having in at least a 50g size if you do any chocolate work.
One practical note: keep your bulk containers sealed and stored away from humidity. These are mica-based pigments — they don’t expire, but moisture will cause clumping. Store them right and a 250g jar can last a high-volume bakery the better part of a year.

Same product. Every size — 10g retail jar or 1kg bulk bag — uses the same German mica pigments. There’s no “bulk grade” version of this. FDA compliant, vegan, gluten-free, tasteless. The only thing that changes with bulk sizing is the price per gram and the container format.
That matters because some suppliers do tier their quality by volume. We don’t. You’re not saving money by getting an inferior shimmer — you’re saving money because you’re buying more of the same thing at once.
